¼ cup | 54g | Coconut Oil |

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.
In a small saucepan, heat the honey, brown sugar, and coconut oil over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the salt and vanilla extract. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
Once the bars have cooled completely, you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
