1 tsp | 2g | Fresh Ginger |
½ tsp | 1.3g | Cinnamon |
½ tsp | 2.20g | Nutmeg |
3 tbsp | 165g | SIDR Honey |
1 cup | 250ml | Hot Coffee |
2 tbsp | 30g | Whipped Cream |
In a small pot, steam half and half with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Once piping hot, strain contents into a glass.
Stir in honey until all ingredients are well combined. Stir in coffee and top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon.
