In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, minced garlic, SIDR Honey, lemon juice, ground cumin, and salt.
Process the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. If the hummus is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lemon juice if desired. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the top for garnish.
Serve the honey hummus with your favorite dippers such as pita bread, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, or crackers.
