In a heatproof bowl or cup, steep the dried hibiscus flowers in hot water for 5-7 minutes to make hibiscus tea. Strain out the flowers and let the tea cool to room temperature.
Once the hibiscus tea has cooled, stir in the SIDR honey until it's fully dissolved, creating a hibiscus honey syrup.
In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the hibiscus honey syrup to the glass, depending on your desired sweetness level.
Top off the glass with sparkling water or soda water, leaving some space at the top for garnishes and bubbles. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Garnish the cocktail with orange slices or twists and, if available, edible flowers for an elegant touch.
