Raw SIDR Jrdani Honey, is extracted from the high mountains surrounding the Jardan Valley in Shabwa Governorate in southern Yemen, where it is considered second among the types of Yemeni SIDR honey in terms of popularity and high quality, although it is not much less than Do’ani SIDR honey in terms of quality, and it is characterized by its taste. It is delicious, somewhat less sweet than SIDR Do’ani and it has a beautiful color and a distinctive aroma.
